Nora de Graaff, PT

Physiotherapist

I completed my Masters in Physiotherapy in 2005 from the University of Alberta.  I have worked extensively in orthopedic clinics focusing on sport and injury rehabilitation. I have also worked in Home Care where the focus on post operative and complex care delivered in the home ignited my passion for aging with grace and
prioritizes exercise as a means to living long and healthy lives!

I treat clients on a short-term basis to quickly overcome a recent injury or surgery, and also on a long-term basis to help them manage their chronic dysfunction so they can stay on track with their home management program. My treatment focus includes orthopedics, sports injuries, pre and post surgical rehabilitation including breast cancer
surgeries, peri-menopause arthralgia and muscle loss, TMJD, and gait assessment.

Growing up, I was a competitive dancer and cheerleader and I continue to take dance and ballet classes whenever she can. She enjoys the outdoors and being on the water with her family during the short boating season.
